2 packages yeast
2 c. warm water
⅓ c. sugar
3 small brown bowls of water (I think 3 c.)
2 tbsp. salt
½ c. sugar
3-4 lbs. flour
½ c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and warm water, let set. Combine 3 c. (small brown bowls) of water and ⅓ c. sugar in bowl. Set aside. Combine in large bowl; salt, ½ c. sugar, flour and oil. Add yeast mixture and sugared water mixture. Mix till doesn't stick and knead on floured board. Set in covered bowl for 1 hour till raised. Spread by hand on cookie sheet. (Can be lumpy.) Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. While still hot; brush on a thin layer of butter or oleo.

Recipe came from my Grandmother, Laurel Wicker. Her original written recipe called for 3 brown bowls so we left it in the recipe. Good to eat while still hot. Just pull apart in chunks and ENJOY! You can also use frozen bread dough.
