Ingredients:
beef soup bone
4 quarts of water
3 medium onions, chopped
2 large Bay leaves
10 whole peppercorns
2 tsp. Parsley, dried
2 tsp. Dill, dried
3 - 4 carrots

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook a soup bone about 2½ - 3 hours (all depends on beef and how old it is) in water.
2. Add onions, Bay leaves, peppercorns, parsley and dill to taste. If possible use fresh parsley and fresh dill. You'll have to judge by the taste.
3. Add carrots and cabbage according to how thick you like the soup. Add the potato. I don't always use potato.
4. After the soup is completely done add Tomato soup and just bring to a boil and it is done.
