Place ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes the first day. Let stand overnight. Cook for 10 minutes the second day. Place in jars and freeze. Use on toast or muffins!

Obviously the fruit doesn't have to come from Beebee's orange tree in Sarasota, especially since the tree isn't there anymore. You can use oranges from the supermarket. Try a combo of oranges and grapefruits too.
