1 dozen eggs
1 lb boiled ham
½ lb Genoa salami
⅓ lb of sandwich style pepperoni
16 oz ricotta cheese or 1 lb basket cheese
½ cup grated cheese
½ tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
¾ cup milk
1½ cup flour, sifted
1½ tsp baking powder

Directions:

Cut up all meat into very small squares - less than ½ x ½ inch. Beat eggs in large bowl and then add all other ingredients except flour and meat. Mix well. Then add flour and meat and mix well with large spoon. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. It makes its own crust. Bake at 350-375º for 1 hour. Check to see i fdone just like you check to see if a cake is done. Can be eaten hot or cold. I like it cold.
