Pie Filling:
1 c. sugar
6 TB cocoa
6 TB flour
2 c. milk
2 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick of butter

Meringue:
2 egg whites
3 TB sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix sugar, cocoa, and flour. Then stir in milk and eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add vanilla and stick of butter. Pour into baked pie crust and top with meringue. Bake in 350º oven until brown.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar. Beat until mixed. Add cream of tartar and mix. Add vanilla and mix.
