1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ c. chopped pecans
parsley (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all cheeses in a mixing bowl and let stand at room temperature until softened. Beat on medium speed until well mixed. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce and beat well. Stir in pecans. Chill 3-4 hours. Roll into one large ball. Chill and then roll in parsley.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Recipe from my Aunt Hannah. A family holiday tradition. We usually skip the rolling it into the ball and covering with parsley. We just keep it in a covered bowl and use as a spread. However, when taking it to share at a party, the parsley covered ball looks very festive.
