10-12 potatoes (boiled and sliced when cold)
3-4 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
2 onions (diced)
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. celery seed

Dressing:

½ lb. bacon (diced)
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
½ c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, eggs, onions, salt and celery seed in bowl. Fry and remove bacon, reserving drippings in fry pan. Add flour to bacon drippings, then add water, vinegar, and sugar mixed together. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour over potatoes.

Better if made a couple hours before serving as flavor is better. Keep warm in oven.
