1 medium sized head of cabbage
1 pkg of bacon
2-4 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Trappeys Hot Pepper Vinegar Sauce or Louisiana Hot Sauce( if desired)

Directions:
Cut up cabbage into medium sized strips, set aside. Cut up bacon into 2 inch pieces ( I use my kitchen shears) Over medium heat cook bacon to preferred done-ness and set aside reserving bacon
grease. Add cabbage to bacon grease and cook until your preferred “crunchiness” I prefer to cook
until completely wilted, almost transparent. Add butter to mixture halfway through. While cooking add salt and pepper to taste. Remove cabbage and add to medium sized mixing bowl and add bacon. Stir all together and serve with a few splashes of Pepper Sauce ( if desired)
