2lb fresh pork loin cubed
Garlic
1 Onion
1 cup Carrot
1 cup Celery
Cabbage or 1 bag of coleslaw Mix
½ teaspoon Black pepper
Soy sauce to taste
Chicken broth (approximately 1 cup or less)
Rice vermicelli or rice stick noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add pork and sauté until cooked through. Add the onion, carrot, celery, black pepper, small amount of soy sauce and chicken broth to cover the mixture. Cook until the vegetables are mostly done.

Cook the noodles al dente (don’t overcook or they will be sticky) while sautéing the pork. Rinse the noodles well in cold water and drain. Add the noodles to the pork mixture and add more soy sauce to taste. Stir the noodles into the pork mixture. Final step is to stir in the cabbage and cook to desired texture.
