Personal Notes:
This recipe was originally a family recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies. But I had gotten curious in the kitchen one day and used a cupcake tin instead of a cookie sheet. After playing with it for a while I began filling the cupcakes with a charm on top to give a fun gooey center. I make this a lot for little events with friends or work but soon realized that if I was going to make them at all I needed to make some for the household. Let's just say that my Daddy really loved my Cookie-Cakes, and if a batch isn't made for home he devours the ones made for the event. Heehee. Needless to say it is fun to make and enjoy with everyone around.
