3 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
Cheese, grated - ¼ to ½ pound
1 TBSP onion, grated
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup dry bread crumbs
dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter over low heat. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir till well blended. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk and return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Makes 2 cups.
Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Combine white sauce, grated onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce, reserving a little of the grated cheese for topping. Add macaroni. Place in a greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs, remaining cheese and a dash of paprika. Bake in moderate oven, 375º, about 25 minutes or until browned.
