Cookie Dough Layer:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp van

Layer:
6-12 oz of chocolate chips of choice

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cream
1 cup sugar

Directions:

Layer 1:
Mix and press into jelly roll pan. Bake at 325º for 15-20 minutes.

Layer 2:
Spread over bars while hot 6-12 oz chocolate chips of your choice.
Cool Completely.

Layer 3:
Cook to soft ball stage the following.
