2 cups flour
1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1cup sweet milk
Salt
put this on top before baking;
sliced apples then sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon

White sauce
1 cup of sugar
2 tbsp flour
Water
Little cinnamon
Cook on stove until thick
Pour over pudding to serve
