1 cup marg (2 sticks) room temp.
1 cup sugar
4 eggs separated
4 bananas very ripe
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Beat egg whites set aside

Mix: marg
Sugar
Egg yokes

Add to mixture: flour
Baking powder
Baking soda

Add mashed bananas

Fold in egg whites

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
