For Pastry:
1 cup water
½ cup butter
1 cup sifted flour
4 eggs

For French Cream Filling:
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup whipping cream

For Chocolate Glaze:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup whipping cream

Directions:

Pastry:
Heat to boiling in saucepan, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. After boil, stir in 1 cup sifted flour. Stir constantly until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball, (1 minute). Cool. Beat in with a wooden spoon 4 eggs, one at a time until smooth and velvety. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º approximately 30-45 minutes. Cool. With serrated knife, cut off tops, pull out spongy middle with fingers. Can be frozen in airtight container.

French Cream Filling:
Make pudding as directed on package. Refrigerate. Whip cream and fold into pudding. Fill bottom of cream puffs. Put tops back on.

Chocolate Glaze:
Place cream and chocolate chips small heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly just until morsels melt. Let cool and pour over cream puffs.
