4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 8-oz. carton whipped topping
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 c. cold milk
1 16-oz. can pumpkin
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cloves

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk, and sugar in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1½ cups of the whipped topping. Spread onto graham cracker crust. Pour 1 cup of milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes, and spices. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Mixture will be thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Store left over pie in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings. Helpful hint: soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15-20 seconds.
