3 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp lemon juice
9 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
1½ tsp cumin ground
4 tbsp tahini
2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 scoops/servings plain whey protein powder
1 jar roasted red peppers, drained

Heat garbanzo beans that have been drained and rinsed in microwave for 30 seconds
Add heated beans and all other ingredients to food processor
Process till smooth, scraping down sides as needed
Transfer to storage container
Refrigerate until cooled
Serve with cut veggies
