2 eggs
1-1\2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
1\2 cup grated Locatelli cheese
1\4 cup parsley
3 cloves garlic, chopped (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
2 Tblsp. Grated onion (or 2 tsp. Onion powder)
Salt
Pepper

Mix well all ingredients together. Roll into balls using moistened hands. Place in baking sheet. Bake at 350º
For 45 minutes. Add to pot of sauce where they will continue cooking.

The meatballs can also be browned on top of stove in a frying pan with oil.

Grandma started baking them in the oven because she would make them on Saturday night, usually using a minimum of 5 lbs. of meat. These were served with spaghetti and salad for Sunday family dinner served around Noon directly after church.
