First:
1¼ cup lard or butter
1 cup flour (heaping)

Second:
2 cups flour
2 eggs
½ cups lukewarm milk
2 tsp sugar
salt
1 yeast cake

Directions:
Directions:
Before going to bed take "First" mix of ingredients and roll thin and place in bowl 8" across. Put "Second" mixture in center and over lap sides to center. Refrigerate overnight. Mix the two. Lightly roll very thin. Cut in 5" squares. Cut apples in slices in the center and fold in horn shape. Let rise 1 hour. Bake in not too hot an oven from 12-15 minutes.
