1 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
3 TBSP honey
1 9" baked pastry shell
4 cups fresh whole strawberries, washed, dried, stems and caps removed
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt half the chocolate chips, (6 oz.). Slightly cool. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until softened. Gradually beat in melted chocolate and honey. Spread the mixture into the prepared pastry shell. Cover; chill pie for 1-2 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the berries. Once chilled, remove pie from refrigerator and arrange prepared berries on top of chocolate mixture. Melt the remainder of the chocolate chips, cool slightly and drizzle over strawberries. Chill pie before serving.
