1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini
2 eggs beaten
¼ cup buttermilk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2½ cups flour
1¾ cups sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
6-8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in order. Pour into 9X13" greased pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.

Best chocolate cake ever! No need for frosting because it is very moist and delicious. A Blair family favorite.
