2 lbs. ground round, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper, 4 sm. cans tomato sauce, 2 cans kidney beans (drained), 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained), 1/2 package taco seasoning, chili powder to taste, salt, pepper,parsely flakes, corn bread mix (not the sweet kind, I use Martha White yellow).

Brown ground round with onions and bell pepper, add tomato sauce and all seasonings, simmer for 15 min. Add corn and kidney beans. Pour into a 9 X 14 casserole dish. Mix cornbread according to package directions. Spoon cornbread on top of meat mixture (like dumplings). Bake at 375 degrees until corn bread is golden brown.
