1 lb hamburger
salt, pepper, and onion to taste
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 tablespoon flour
1 can biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion, add salt and pepper. Add flour and heat about 1 minute. Then add milk and vegetables. Mix and put in dish. Roll out biscuits and put on top. Bake at 300º about 25 minutes.

Bebe made this when Bill was young. As you can see, you can cook it all in one skillet like I did in the photo. Truthfully, I don’t think there was enough of the meat mixture. I think next time, I’ll double everything except the biscuits.
