½ c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening.
Add sugar.
Beat egg and add to sugar.
Add lemon juice, rind, and flour.
Chill.
Roll thin and cut out.
