3 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
3 tbls flour
½ stick melted butter
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Pie Shell - cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten eggs, sugar and flour together. Add butter, buttermilk, salt and vanilla. Combine mixture in a pot and heat on low until it comes to a slight boil. Pour mixture into cooked pie shell.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for several hours before serving.
