1 pkg yeast
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
3 tbls shortening or butter
1 egg, beaten
2½ cup flour

Streusel
¾ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup butter
Optional: 1 can condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg dry years in ¼ cup warm water (155 degrees). Scald ½ cup milk to that, add ¼ cup sugar, ½ tsp salt and 3 tbsp shortening or butter. Stir to mix and cool to lukewarm. Add 1 cup flour and beat well. Add dissolved yeast and egg. Beat well.
Add remaining 1½ cup flour to make soft dough.
Turn on lightly floured board and knead just until not sticky. Place in greased bowl and cover.
Let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down and put in greased pan.

Add topping.
Mix all Streusel ingredients together. Mix with fingers well and sprinkle over dough. Best if drizzle can of condensed milk over streusel crumbles.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
