2 lb. chopped meat
c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the first 8 ingredients lightly and turn into 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Add 8 oz. can of pizza sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese to your liking. Bake 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
