2 lb. – chopped meat ½ c. – onion, chopped 1 tsp. – oregano 1 c. – cracker crumbs 1 c. – milk ½ c. – Parmesan cheese 2 – eggs 1 tsp. – salt 1 (8 oz.) can – pizza sauce mozzarella cheese, shredded
Toss the first 8 ingredients lightly and turn into 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Add 8 oz. can of pizza sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese to your liking. Bake 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
