8 cup flour
1 heaping T butter
3 heaping T sugar
2 teaspoon. Salt
2 2/3 cups water
2 2/3cup milk
2 cakes yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Sift 6 cups flour into large bowl. Blend in butter, sugar, salt. Add 2 2/3 cup water and milk. Dissolve 2 cakes of yeast in 1/4 cup water. Blend - knead in yeast liquid. Raise covered with a towel 2 hours. Punch down, then raise 30 minutes longer. Divide in 2 put in baking pans for bread, or put in muffin tins for rolls, then raise1 more hour. Bake 350º 1/2 hour for rolls 45 minutes for bread.
