1 (32 oz.) pkg. – Hash Browns
8 oz. – sour cream
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10¾ oz.) can – condensed cream of mushroom soup*
1 (10¾ oz.) can – condensed cheddar cheese soup
non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, mushroom soup, cheese soup, & sour cream. Spray your 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture in pan and top with cheddar cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375º for about 1 to 1½ hours or until potatoes are done.
