Mix together:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 t salt
2 cups flour

Press into 9 x 13" pan. Bake 325 for 25 minutes.

Combine:
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Pour egg/lemon mixture over crust. Bake 30 minutes at 325. You can sprinkle with a light coating of powdered sugar if you want. Cut into bars.
