*used after risen - 4 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to 1/2 cup warm water and set aside. Mix water, eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and 2 cups of flour to large bowl. Add water with yeast. Add 4 more cups of flour gradually and knead with hands. Add more flour as needed to reduce stickiness. Let rise for 1 1/2 - 2 hours covered. Punch down and shape. *My favorite shaping* Split dough in chunks to roll out into large rectangles about 8 inches wide. Spread thin layer of melted butter over dough and and fold in on both sides of rectangle to create a fold on the roll. (Makes it easy to butter after baking with no cutting involved) Cut down the center and into small squares. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400º or until golden brown on greased baking sheet about 1/2 and inch apart.
