1 cup chopped onions
2 cups of diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
2 cans of mined clams and juice
3/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup of flour
1 quart of half and half cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
2 T or more of red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clam juice and pour over vegetables, add a little water and cook (boil) until tender. In another pan melt the butter, add flour, stir, then add cream with whisk and set aside. Add vegetables into cream sauce not drained then add clams and red wine vinegar. Make sure soup is heated all the way through before serving.
