1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 medium ripe bananas
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2¼ cups oats
½ cup dried fruit
⅔ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix oats, fruit, nuts. and set aside.

Using a greased tool to prevent sticking, mix together peanut butter, honey, vanilla, bananas, salt and cinnamon. Mix with mixers paddle attachment. Slowly add oats mixture

Place dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 325º for 14-16 minutes until brown but soft.

Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
