1 c. All Purpose Flour
⅛ tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
1 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine flour and salt.
2. Combine eggs and milk, whisk into dry ingredients just until blended.
3. Using two 12-cup muffin tins, grease and flour five alternating cups of one tin and four cups of the second tin, fill ⅔ full with batter. Fill the remaining empty cups ⅔'s with water.
4. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to 350 º (do not open oven door). Bake 15 minutes longer or until deep golden brown (do not under bake). Yield 9 popovers.
