1 lb. Fettuccine noodles
1 stick of salted butter
1 1\2 c. Parmesan cheese (grated fresh)
2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
As the fettuccine is cooking to al dente place the stick of butter into a large sauté pan under a very low heat to melt with the heavy cream. When simmering whisk in the Parmesan cheese and add al dente noodles and heat through. Serve with hot buttered slices of Italian bread, extra Parmesan, salt and pepper. I also put dried red pepper flakes on the table.

I prepared this recipe for my friend Jessika Caballero's birthday! We created a circus theme with popcorn and cotton candy on table along with tickets for the show. We watched "The Greatest Show on Earth while we ate.
