-1/4 cup oil
-Chicken
-1/3 Cup Flour

Milk Gravy
-3-4 tbs. of flour
-1 cup Milk

Fried Chicken
-Pour 1/4 cup of oil in skillet. Roll chicken in flour. Place chicken in heated electric skillet on 350º. Sprinkle about 1/3 cup of flour on top and cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes on one side. Turn and cook about 10 minutes and then turn down to 300º and cook until juices run clear or chicken is fork tender.

Milk Gravy
-Take chicken out and turn skillet up to 350º. Heat grease and then add 3 to 4 tbs. flour and stir. Add 1 cup milk and stir till thickened. If too thin add flour and water to thicken.
