1 cup white sugar
¾ cup margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
5 cups flower (or just shy of)
1 cup liquid honey
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1½ tsp. vanilla
Pinch of cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream sugar, margarine, honey, eggs, and sour cream together.
2. Mix remaining dry ingredients together.
3. Add dry ingredients to liquid. Don’t use all the flour if the dough feels stiff enough.
4. Chill the dough thoroughly.
5. Roll out onto floured surface and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Leave the remaining dough in the fridge while you roll out a piece.
6. Bake at 350ºF for 10 mins.
