1 pkg. salt pork
1 bag fresh pinto beans, rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and fry salt pork in large fry pan. After it has sizzled and produced the liquid fat, slowly pour in water. (It will splash, so be careful.) Add bag of rinsed pinto beans. Make sure water covers beans. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer for couple of hours. Keep adding water to cover beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
