8 oz cream cheese - soften
2 lbs powdered sugar
food coloring of choice
Flavoring: peppermint, lemon, wintergreen, etc.

Mix cheese - add flavor and color; then mix in sugar finally kneading with hand like a dough. Take small ball, roll in sugar and press in mold. Unmold on waxed paper. For green leaves use 1/4 tsp mint extract and 8 dropps green food coloring.
