4 c. egg noodle pasta, cook according to directions
12 oz. Albacore Tuna (packed in water), drained
1 small onion, chopped or grated
½ tsp. salt
One 10 ½ oz. mushroom soup blended with
½ c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (although Mom used Velveeta)
½ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. red or green pepper, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients (hold back 1/2 of cheese for top) in a 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes. (Fran notes that this is "always good with blueberry muffins!")
