10 tbsp. Butter, sliced
2 ½ c. All Purpose Flour
1 c. Granulated Sugar
¼ c. Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ c. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place butter in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until butter melts and begins to foam. Continue cooking, whisking frequently until butter turns an amber color (approx. 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and set aside dry ingredients.
3. In a standing mixer with paddle attachment, beat sugars and browned butter.
4. Add in eggs and vanilla.
5. Next incorporate the dry ingredients slowly, stirring until just mixed together.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
7. Pre-heat oven to 350º F.
8. Measure ½ cup powdered sugar into a bowl. Roll 1 tbsp. of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on baking pan approx. 2 inches apart.
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set.
10. Allow to cool for a bit and transfer to a wire cooling rack and enjoy!
