Ingredients:  
Cream together:
1/4 cup shortening
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tbs vanilla
Mix well with above batter mixture:
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
Boil:
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tbs baking cocoa

Directions:
In greased 9x13 pan, first pour in batter mixture, then boiled mixture on top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. When serving turn pieces upside down with pudding up. Delicious with cool whip or icecream. Enjoy!
