1 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. oatmeal, 1 pkg. chocolate chips, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp.vanilla

Directions:

Mix together shortening, eggs, sugars, & vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Stir in the chips. Grease pans. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
