Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from the Betty Crocker's Christmas Cookbook copyrighted in 1983. It was my first cookbook I bought myself after I got married. This recipe is the variation offered on their Carrot-Raisin bread. Since the first time I made it, it has been a staple at our house every Christmas.
