1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup raspberry jam

2 eggs

1 pkg Shirriff lemon pie filling

1/2 cup ground almonds

1/4 cup sliced almonds


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 3 ingredients flour, sugar and butter until you have a crumble mixture.

Press into a parchment lined 8x8 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350º for about 15-20 minutes or until it starts to turn brown.

Remove from the oven and spread the jam over the top of the bottom layer.

Beat the eggs until they are light and creamy.

Beat in pie filling and ground almonds until mixed.

Pour over the jam layer and sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Return to the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until set and firm to touch.
