2 cups carrots, sliced
2 cups potatoes, sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
1 cup peppers, sliced
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups extra lean hamburger meat
2 cups canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in order given in casserole. Sprinkle with salt & pepper over each layer. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 2 hours.
