1 lb butter (no substitutions)
4 egg yolks (save 2 egg whites for filling)
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pt sour cream
5 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until soft and fluffy
Add egg yolks and sour cream
Beat until creamy
Add in vanilla and mix until incorporated
Add Flour in batches and mix thourhogu.
Refrigerate overnight

Lightly flour a board with powdered sugar
Roll out cookie dough and cut until 1/2 in strips
Wrap strip around a foil wrapped clothespin or aluminum foil cones
Baked at 350º for 13-15 minutes
Remove cookies from clothespins while still hot
Make sure clothespins are cool before reusing

2 C sugar
2 egg whites
4 tsp vanilla
1 C Whole Milk - warmed

Directions:

Cream shortening and butter
Add sugar and beat well
Add Egg whites and vanilla; beat thoroughly
Stir in milk a little at a time
Beat until creamy
*DO NOT REFRIGERATE MIXTURE*

Put in pastry bag and fill cooled cookies (number 18 decorator tip works well)
