5 stalks of celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 can tomato paste
12 oz. water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 3/4 lbs chopped meat

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; add chopped veggies and simmer 10 minutes. Add paste, water and soy sauce. Cover and simmer again for 45 minutes. Cook 1 lb pasta (shells or elbows) and drain. Mix pasta & sauce together and serve.
