15oz Gluten Free Almond Paste
1 tablespoon of Honey (not too full)
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch fine salt
2 Large egg whites
1 lemon, zested
Pinoli nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
Using Cheese Grater, grate the almond paste
Add all above except nuts
Mix by hand as it will be very sticky

Butter baking sheet
Scoop a tablespoon of mixture onto baking sheet. Grab a bunch of Pinoli Nuts and press into the mixture makinf flat into a cookie.
Bake until golden brown on top and bottem.
Enjoy!
