2 cups white sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup smooth peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan with a heavy bottom, mix 2 cups sugar and milk. Cook on medium heat. Stir till bubbles start to form
Turn heat down to a medium low. Cook until it starts to boil. Boil 2½ minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 or 9" pan lined with parchment paper.
Cool on rack and cut after 1 hour.
